This lovely book is made from the 1945 book The River Road. It has lots of pockets and ephemra! The orchid pin on the front of the book is vintage from the 70s. The paper used throughout the book is a retired paper set from Graphic 45, I included all of the left over cuts so you don't need to buy the hard to find match. The curtain on the front is made from 3 different types of lace. The film strip on the from is a Tim Holtz product.

Journaling is a huge part of my life. I have been making books for over 25 years. I even had a huge scrapbook as a child I filled up with things that made me happy and that I wanted to remember. Each book I make is created with so much love! It's a one of a kind and I won't make the same book twice. These books take me weeks and sometimes months to make. They aren't toys or books for little kids. They are made to be written in, added to, and displayed. They stand on their own if you choose to display it but can also be laid down and look just as nice. I honestly have a hard time parting with my books. I love the individuality of each book and they all have different feels and vibes. They make lovely gifts for yourself, friends, family, weddings, Christmas, graduation, etc.
